Project Outcome:

CB Traffic Solutions were requested by Perkins Builders to prepare and submit a traffic management proposal for the construction of two (2) new service centres on the Forrest Highway a short distance from Mandurah. This included liaison with MRWA and other relevant stakeholders to develop a long-term traffic management scheme that could allow for construction of both the service centres themselves and the associated infrastructure within the road reserve.

CB Traffic Solutions were successful in obtaining the implementation component of this project and provided a crew of two (2) traffic controllers to implement monitor traffic management devices on a daily basis. CB Traffic also provided Perkins with four (4) 5 colour VMS trailers for the full 12 months of the project, to provided up to date road condition information to drivers 24 hours a day.
