Born and bred in regional WA, Tom has over 25 years experience across a range of industries in the building and construction sectors, providing him with a diverse skill set and includes a MRWA Advanced Worksite Accreditation. A hands-on manager, Tom has extensive business, operational, leadership and management experience, alongside a passion for supporting local business opportunities and jobs. Tom’s demonstrated background in creating strong client relationships ensures value for money while delivering exceptional service. He is committed to operational excellence. When he’s not at work, Tom can be found supporting his kids at soccer, or out on the water skiing.
Director and Office Manager
Leaza over sees the administration and integrated management systems within the company, ensuring quality assurance is adhered to. Leaza has sound knowledge in business practices with over 10 years experience within the finance industry and over 20 years experience within retail. With her friendly personality, strong work ethic and can do attitude, Leaza ensures every project is managed effectively, issues are resolved immediately and client needs receive utmost priority. Efficiency, organisation and reliability are her watchwords in ensuring the integrity of CB Traffic’s Solutions’ systems, procedures, consistency, quality assurance, and audits. She is passionate about providing exceptional service.

Having over 5 years’ experience as a Senior Planner & over 8 years within the Traffic Management Industry, Matts knows his stuff. Matt excels at planning and managing state and local projects including events of all sizes. The devil is in the detail and detailed easy to read plans are how Matt likes to do business, ensuring client and contractor needs are met, on time and to budget. Communication is paramount, along with customer service, Matt does all the hard work for our clients, so every aspect of the pre-work or project runs according to plan.
Planner/Training & Development Officer
Shane has been involved in the traffic management industry for more than five years. Travelling the length and breadth of Western Australia while collecting experience in large scale construction works, maintenance programs and international events. Shane presents on the front line as a team leader and mentor with a well-known ‘Can Do’ attitude, while also proving a valuable asset behind the scenes, undertaking planning works and compliance auditing. From initial consultation, design and implementation to auditing and post-works debriefing, Shane is a one stop shop, able to offer a full service to CB Traffic Solution’s variety of clients.
Kimberley Crew Leader
Jarrod has extensive knowledge in Traffic Management, running crews of all sizes on various types of projects. His calm demeanour, ability to problem solve and forward thinking ensure the project runs smoothly whilst keeping staff, contractors and public safe. Jarrod’s expertise lies in the Kimberley region, knowing the local area is a huge advantage to our contractors. Jarrod is aware of the demands of the elements and what is required to get the job done on time. With over 10 years’ experience in Civil Construction Jarrod is a natural mentor, he often takes our less experienced team under his wing for guidance and support.
Kylie Jones is CB Traffic Solutions’ Human Resources consultant. She was instrumental in establishing the Human Resource practices and systems for the business and provides ongoing support and consultation to the business. Kylie has more than 12 years’ experience in the Human Resources field from recruiting the right people through to effectively managing teams. Kylie has an extensive background working across a range of sectors from mining to government and with a range of major projects. She is adept at organisational restructures and performance management. Kylie holds a post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management.
